Accumulation of Trainmen Seniority. A. In the event the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen invokes an “exclusive representation of Engineers” clause more restrictive than such in effect on the CPR/SOO-Line property as of June 1, 2015, and/or invokes seniority maintenance fees on the property for SMART-TD members holding engine seniority, then the following provisions will apply to train/yardmen who transfer or have transferred to engine service on this property:
