Accumulation of Leave Credits. 28.06 Except as provided in this paragraph, vacation leave credits may be accumulated from period to period. If an Employee accumulates forty (40) days of unused vacation leave credit, the Employer may require that Employee to make acceptable arrangements, within thirty (30) days, to use at least ten (10) days of vacation leave. If these arrangements are not made within thirty (30) days of notification of this requirement, the Employer may assign and the Employee may not refuse to take ten (10) days of vacation leave.
