Common use of ACCRUED REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

ACCRUED REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES. Without limiting the Company’s obligation under Sections 4.1(c), 4.2(c), 4.3(c) and 4.4(c) hereof, the reimbursement of any Accrued Reimbursable Expenses shall be made no later than December 31 of the year following the year in which the expense was incurred.
