Accrual of Unused Sick Leave. Unused sick leave may be accrued to a maximum of two hundred forty (240) days. Unit members who have, as of the beginning of any school year, reached the two hundred forty (240) day maximum and who use fifteen (15) or fewer days of sick leave in that year will not be reduced below two hundred forty (240) days.
