Account Owners Acting in a Custodial Capacity. (a) The rights of an Account Owner are limited where the Account Owner acts in a custodial capacity pursuant to a court order appointing a guardian or pursuant to the Beneficiary’s right of survivorship while the Beneficiary is under 18 years of age.
