Common use of Account Opening and Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Account Opening and Maintenance. 2.1 The Bank is not obliged to open or maintain any account for the Client unless it has received in a form and substance satisfactory to it, a completed Mandate and other appropriate account opening documentation completed by or on behalf of the Client and such other financial or other information as the Bank may require from time to time.
