ACCOMODATION. 22.01 When it has been medically determined that an employee is unable to return to the full duties of their position due to a disability, the Employer will notify and meet with representatives of the Union to discuss the circumstances surrounding the employee’s return to suitable work. The Employer will notify the Union when the employee has accepted suitable work. The Employer will commit to review positions within the bargaining unit for suitable work prior to a review of all vacant positions within the Employer.

ACCOMODATION. The transportation expense shall be the vehicle allowance rate published by Canada Revenue Agency for the maximum rate (generally for the first 5,000 km). The transportation expense shall be adjusted as the CRA rate changes and become effective on the same date as the next wage adjustments.

The costs must correspond to the amounts paid for the travel, accomodation and subsistence.
ACCOMODATION. This house is privately owned and furnished, equipped for housekeeping and decorated to the owner’s taste. Standard equipment includes a washer/dryer, grill, DVD player, TV’s, ironing board, complete kitchens with cookware and dinnerware. The beds have bedspreads, blankets, pillows and mattress pads. Sheets, towels, and a starter set of shampoo, soaps, and toilet paper are provided. Please note that the latter is a starter set, so those items will not be replenished until the cleaning crew prepares the home for the next guests. A cleaning and linen fee is charged separate from the booking price in order to provide that accommodation.
ACCOMODATION. Should the traveling extend 100km and the filming ends anything from 9PM, the client will be required to provide separate and private accommodation to Pie in the Sky barista(s) and/or assistant(s). Should the traveling time extent 2 hours from Pie in the Sky offices, accommodation must be provided to Pie in the Sky’s barista(s) and and/or assistant regardless of the time the wedding/event ends.
ACCOMODATION. The PROMOTER agrees to provide and pay for the duration of this contract 4-star hotel accommodation inclusive of breakfast and providing for late check-out for 1 person in 1 double room each with bath / shower & toilet en-suite, within close proximity to the venue. A high-speed internet connection must be available at no cost to the artist. The hotel room must be for the sole use of the artist. Under no circumstances will the artist be expected to share a room with any other person.
ACCOMODATION. Shared hotel accommodation during the tour is included within (room shared with 1 other member of the group), single rooms are available on a first come first served basis at an additional supplement of £600 per tour. Although we will always do our best to accommodate single room requests, it is possible that due to space limitations at hotels, single rooms cannot be guaranteed on every night of the tour, no refunds can be given in this instance. Tour Costs The price of the tour does not include food, flights to or from the meeting point (Dallas Fort Worth airport / Denver Airport / Phoenix Sky Harbor), travel insurance or any other incidental costs you may incur, such as souvenirs, extra items of clothing etc. It does include accommodation, travel within the USA (as part of the tour group) and services of your driver/guide and forecaster. In the event of MBC Netweather Ltd (Netweather) cancelling the tour that you are booked to take part in, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid with respect to the booking. In no circumstances will MBC Netweather Ltd (Netweather) be liable for any other subsequent or consequential costs or claims for compensation. Arrival day Please ensure that your planned arrival time at the meet point for the tour is no later than 1800 (local time). Those with flights due to arrive later than this time may be required to make their own travel arrangements to join the tour. Departure day Please book your return flights to depart no earlier than 1300 on departure day, as there may be some travel time to the airport that morning. Safety whilst on the tour The team will brief you on safety during the tour, please take heed of this and any instructions they give you. When chasing, it is paramount you only exit the vehicle when it is safe to do so. Once out of the vehicle, do not venture far from either the vehicles or the group, and if asked by the team (either verbally or by a beep of the horns), please return to the vehicles asap. Voluntary early departure from the tour Should you wish to leave the tour early for any reason, MBC Netweather will not be liable for any additional costs you may incur, including but not limited to transportation and accommodation. In addition to this, no refunds can be given for an early departure. Behaviour whilst on the tour Our tours are a shared experience.
