Accommodations. a. HRL provides reasonable accommodations for Students with a documented qualifying medical, physical, or psychological disability. To be considered for a Housing accommodation due to a disability or disabling condition, Students must make a request through SAR. b. Student should complete required SAR and HRL processes and receive SAR approval for a Housing accommodation as soon as possible and no later than the following dates: i. May 1 for the Fall semester ii. November 1 for the Spring semester iii. April 1 for the Summer semester c. Once accommodations are approved, they remain on file with HRL for the duration of the Students residence on campus. d. Housing accommodations are subject to availability for Students who receive a SAR approval for a Housing accommodation after the submission deadlines.
