Common use of ACCIDENT REVIEW BOARD Clause in Contracts

ACCIDENT REVIEW BOARD. The process of the Accident Review Board shall continue and amendments in the process shall be implemented as agreed between the parties and indicated in General Order 26.5, issued by the Chief of Police on 3/1/98 and attached herein as Appendix G. This process shall be reviewed on a continual basis and changes in the process may be made, subject to approval by the Chief of Police, provided that the parties agree to the proposed changes.
