Common use of Access to the Site Clause in Contracts

Access to the Site. Each Party shall, upon reasonable prior notice from the other Party, and at reasonable times, grant the Party giving notice reasonable passage through any lands (adjacent to the Site), which are owned by, controlled by or in the possession of the Party receiving the notice, that are necessary for designing, financing, constructing, operating or maintaining the Facility or the Interconnection Facilities.
