Access to records, books, and documents. (a) Upon reasonable notice, MA Health Plan must provide, and require its subcontractors to provide, the officials and entities identified in this Section with prompt, reasonable, and adequate access to any records, books, documents, and papers that are directly pertinent to the performance of this Agreement.
