Access to Probation Department Facilities. Consultant shall be permitted access to Probation Department facilities for the purpose of performing the services required under this Agreement. Consultant shall ensure that persons not otherwise authorized to perform services hereunder do not enter the facilities with Consultant. Consultant agrees to comply with all Probation Department policies and procedures, and any directives issued by Probation Department staff, relating to safety and security while performing services in the facilities.
