Access to Demographic & Classification Information. Every November 1st, the employer will provide the union with detailed bargaining unit demographic, earnings and job classification information. This information will comprise the following data elements for each member of the bargaining unit.  Name  Phone number  Address/postal code  Job title of position currently held/location  Current wage level  Regular weekly work hours  Job type (10-month, 12-month, other)  Status (continuing/regular, term, casual)  Years of work experience with the current employerseniority date  General classification area (clerical/office, education assistant, custodial, other) The usage of demographic and classification information provided by the employer to the union will be for the sole purpose of union business.
