Common use of Access Rights of Frontier Clause in Contracts

Access Rights of Frontier. 7.4.1 Carrier will provide emergency access to its Space at all times to allow Frontier to react to emergencies, to inspect pursuant to the terms and limitations of this Agreement and to ensure compliance with Frontier policies and standards related to fire, safety, health and environmental safeguards as set forth in Frontier‟s Safety Manual.
