Access for Children and Young Persons. The organiser or tenant shall not issue passes for the build-up and tear-down periods to children under the age of sixteen. The health and safety and security have instructions not to allow anyone under the age of sixteen years into the halls during these construction periods (build-up and tear-down) for safety reasons. It is noteworthy that some trade and specialist exhibitions also discount operational phase entry to persons under specific ages for commercial reasons.
