ACCEPTING THIS CONTRACT. You and every authorized user of a card or PIN accept this contract by requesting and receiving, accepting, or keeping a card, or by using a card or allowing someone else to use one. Each of you are individually and jointly responsible for the use of a card and PIN including the use of your card by anyone you allow to use it, or to whom you have given or allowed access to your PIN.
