Common use of Acceptance of Prior Terms Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Prior Terms. Farmee hereby ratifies, confirms and accepts the terms of the Underlying Leases and during the Interim Period, Farmee agrees to abide by the terms of such agreements to the extent of its Working Interest.
