Common use of ACCEPTANCE OF POSSESSION Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE OF POSSESSION. The Tenant shall for all purposes of this Lease be deemed to have accepted the Premises and the Building and to have acknowledged them to be in the condition called for hereunder except with respect to those defects of which the Tenant notifies the Landlord within thirty (30) days after the Rent Commencement Date.

ACCEPTANCE OF POSSESSION. The Tenant shall for all purposes of this Lease be deemed to have accepted the Expansion Premises and the Building and to have acknowledged them to be in the condition called for hereunder except with respect to those defects of which the Tenant notifies the Landlord within thirty six (306) days months after the Rent Commencement Date.

ACCEPTANCE OF POSSESSION. The Tenant shall for all purposes of this Lease be deemed to have accepted the Premises and the Building and to have acknowledged them to be in the condition called for hereunder except with respect to those punch list items and defects of which the Tenant notifies the Landlord within thirty (30) days after the Rent Commencement Date; and except with respect to latent defects so long as Tenant notifies Landlord in writing within thirty (30) days after discovering any such latent defects.
