Acceptance of Final Payment a Waiver. Acceptance by Design/Builder of final payment shall constitute a waiver and release of all claims against Owner by Design/Builder except for those claims previously made in writing against Owner by Design/Builder, pending at the time of final payment and specifically identified on Design/Builder's pay request for final payment as unsettled at the time it submits its pay request.

Acceptance by Professional/Contractor of Final Payment shall constitute a waiver and release of all claims against Corporation by Professional/Contractor except for those claims previously made in writing against Corporation by Professional/Contractor, pending at the time of Final Payment and specifically identified on Professional/Contractor's pay request for Final Payment as unsettled at the time it submits its pay request.
Acceptance of Final Payment a Waiver. Acceptance by Contractor of Final Payment will constitute Contractor’s waiver and release of all claims against FedEx except for those claims that Contractor previously made in writing against FedEx, that were pending at the time Contractor submitted its Application for Final Payment, and that Contractor specifically identified on its Application for Final Payment as unsettled at that time.
