Acceptance and Notification Timeline for Chair Assignment. Sitting Department Chairs will notify their Xxxx of the outcome of the spring elections within seven business days of the selection of the newly elected Department Chair.‌ Department Chairs newly elected in the spring semester may assume duties July 1st or on the first day of the fall semester‌ following their election if the sitting Chair does not work the entire summer.

  • Change of Control; Assignment and Subcontracting Except as set forth in this Section 7.5, neither party may assign any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement without the prior written approval of the other party, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.   • Renewal Notice; Notification of Changes Subject to governing law, XOOM can renew this Agreement with new or revised Terms.
