Common use of Academic Unit Assignment Clause in Contracts

Academic Unit Assignment. For purposes of appointment, reappointment, promotion, and grievance, all members of the bargaining unit will be assigned to an academic unit. The Learning Resource Center (Library/Media Center) and Counseling Center (Student Support Center) are considered "Academic Units" of the College within the meaning of this section.
