Common use of Abandoned Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Abandoned Personal Property. Any equipment or furniture or household or personal belongings which remain on the Property for a period of more than five days after we or a receiver take possession of the Property shall be deemed abandoned and we may remove, store, dispose of or otherwise deal with such abandoned goods in such manner as we see fit. Removal, storage and other costs may be added to the amount secured by this Charge;
