Abandoned Personal Property. You are responsible for removing all personal property from University Housing when you move out. The Division has the right, without assuming any liability, to dispose of all personal property left or abandoned on the premises 60 days after the expiration or cancellation of the current contract. During such 60-day period, the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents, the Division and its officers, employees, and agents will not be responsible for loss, damage, or theft of your property.

Abandoned Personal Property. You are responsible for removing all personal property from the university residence halls when you move out. ORL has the right, without assuming any liability, to dispose of all personal property left or abandoned on the premises 30 days after the expiration or cancellation of the current contract. During such 30-day period, the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents, ORL and its officers, employees, and agents will not be responsible for loss, damage, or theft of your property.
Abandoned Personal Property. 35.1 Any personal property, which shall remain in the Demised Premises or any part thereof after the expiration or termination of the term of this Lease in violation of the provisions of Article 9 above shall be deemed to have been abandoned, and either may be retained by Landlord as its property or may be disposed of in such manner as Landlord may see fit seven (7) days after written notice to Tenant; provided, however, that the presence of such personal property without Landlord’s consent shall be conclusively deemed an unconsented holding over by Tenant rendering Tenant liable under Paragraph 30.1, unless Tenant has timely exercised rights under Section 30.2 and such personal property is removed on or before the expiration of the holdover period under Section 30.2. If such personal property or any part thereof shall be sold by Landlord, Landlord may receive and retain the proceeds of such sale as Landlord’s property without affecting Landlord’s rights against Tenant or resulting in any credit to Tenant from damages otherwise recoverable by Landlord.

Abandoned Personal Property. Any personal property (other than any fixture, equipment, improvement, installation or appurtenance of the character referred to in Article 8 hereof), which shall remain in the premises or any part thereof after the expiration or termination of the term of this Lease shall be deemed to have abandoned, and either may be retained by Landlord as its property or may be disposed of in such manner as Landlord may see fit; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant will, upon request of Landlord made not later than ten (10) days after the expiration or termination of the term hereof, promptly remove from the Building any such personal property at Tenant's own cost and expense. Abandoned Personal Property any furniture, appliances, or household or personal belongings which remain on your Property for a period of 15 days after we or a receiver take possession of your Property shall be deemed abandoned and we may remove, store, dispose of or otherwise deal with such abandoned goods in such manner as we choose. Remedies after a Court Order Even if we obtain judgment against you, You must still keep all your Promises and we may continue to use the remedies described in Section 22.2 to make you keep your Promises; and We will be entitled to continue to receive interest and compound interest on the Outstanding Amount at the rate set by law until the judgment is paid in full. Our Expenses You promise to pay us all reasonable expenses and costs we incur to enforce the Mortgage or exercise any of our rights under the Mortgage, when we ask you to. Expenses and costs will include our costs of taking and keeping possession of your Property, any costs of removal, storage or disposal of goods, any costs of repairs or improvements to your Property, legal fees (on a solicitor and his or her own client basis) and disbursements on a full indemnification basis and all other costs and expenses we incur to protect our interests. These expenses and costs will be added to the Outstanding Amount, will be payable on demand, will bear interest at the Interest Rate until fully paid and will be secured by the Mortgage, in the same priority.
Abandoned Personal Property. Any personal property at the Leased Premises after Lessee has vacated shall be deemed abandoned by Lessee and Lessor shall have no responsibility therefore whatsoever. Abandoned Personal Property. If you vacate or are evicted from the unit and leave personal property, Landlord may presume, in the absence of a written agreement between Landlord and you to the contrary, that you have abandoned the personal property and Landlord may dispose of it in any manner that Landlord, in its sole discretion, determines is appropriate. Landlord will not store any items of personal property that you leave behind when you vacate or are evicted from the unit except for prescription medicine or prescription medical equipment, which will be held for 7 days from the date of discovery.
