Common use of 401(k) Clause in Contracts

401(k). 23.1 The Company shall offer a 401K Plan, with no employer contribution, for all eligible employees upon completion of one (1) year continuous service of at least 1,720 paid hours per benefit year covered by this Agreement who have completed twelve (12) months of full-time employment. Any contribution currently provided shall not be reduced.
