200 SUSPENSION. Any employee may be reassigned or suspended with pay when, in the judgment of the Xxxxxxx, it would be in the best interest of the employee, the students, or the University. Any employee may be suspended without pay upon conviction of a felony or when the employee is absent without authorization or justification for a period in excess of five (5) class or regular work days.
