1989 Stipulations. A. The definition of a spouse for pension plan purposes is as follows: An eligible spouse under the Retirement Plan must have been the participant's spouse on the date the retirement payments commenced, and the participant must have been married to such spouse for at least a one (1) year period ending on or before the participant's death.
