Ratification of LLC Agreement. Except as expressly modified and amended herein, all of the terms and conditions of the LLC Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Ratification of LLC Agreement. All prov1s10ns of the LLC Agreement not modified, amended and/or supplemented by this Amendment are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects.
