Ratification of the Agreement. As amended by this Amendment, the Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Agreement, as so amended by this Amendment, shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.
Ratification of the Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Amendment, all of the terms, representations, warranties, agreements, covenants and other provisions of the Agreement are hereby ratified and confirmed and shall continue to be in full force and effect in accordance with their respective terms.
Ratification of the Agreement. (1) The Agreement is ratified and the provisions thereof, subject to the Agreement, shall operate and take effect, notwithstanding the provisions of any other Act or law.

The Agreement is hereby ratified, and all references to the Agreement shall be deemed from and after the Addition Date to be references to the Agreement as supplemented and amended by this Assignment. Except as expressly amended hereby, all the representations, warranties, terms, covenants and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unamended and shall continue to be, and shall remain, in full force and effect in accordance with its terms and except as expressly provided herein shall not constitute or be deemed to constitute a waiver of compliance with or consent to non-compliance with any term or provision of the Agreement.
Ratification of the Agreement. The Agreement and the other Note Documents are in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect. This Amendment is a Note Document and shall form a part of the Agreement for all purposes, and every holder of a Note heretofore or hereafter issued and delivered shall be bound hereby.
