Sublicense Fee — Related to Abbott Products. If Licensee grants a sublicense to a Sublicensee to an Abbott Product and such sublicense includes a grant of rights to the Patent Rights as required to make, have made and use an Abbott Product, then Licensee shall pay to Licensor as a pass through obligation the milestone and royalties related to such Abbott Product as stated in Section 3.1(e) and 3.1(f). No amounts shall be payable by Licensee to Licensor for such sublicense under the provisions of Section 3.1(d). All such payments under this Section 3.1(c) shall be made in conformity with the provisions of Section 3.2.

  • Sublicense Fees Licensee will pay Sublicense Fees indicated in Section 3.1(e) of the Patent & Technology License Agreement on or before the Quarterly Payment Deadline for the Contract Quarter.

  • Third Party Products and Services Through its Product(s), Palo Alto Networks may make available to you third-party products or services (“third-party apps”) which contain features designed to interoperate with our Products. To use such features, you must either obtain access to such third-party apps from their respective providers or permit Palo Alto Networks to obtain access on your behalf. All third-party apps are optional and if you choose to utilize such third-party apps:

  • License Type Your license to a Product will be under a Named User or CPU license type, as specified on an order. Each Named User license to a Product entitles a Named User to access and use that Product in one production environment and up to two non-production environments. Each CPU license to a Product entitles you to assign the Product to a single CPU in one production environment and up to two non-production environments, for use in support of an unspecified number of Named Users.

  • Third Party Products 1. Third Party Hardware. We will sell, deliver, and install onsite the Third Party Hardware, if you have purchased any, for the price set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy.

  • License Types The following License Types may be offered with respect to individual Software products or product families. Additional license types may be specified with respect to certain products or product groups as set forth in the Product Specific Terms. The License Type will be specified in an LSDA.

  • Commercialization License Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including without limitation Section 2.2 and Theravance's Co-Promotion rights in Section 5.3.2, Theravance hereby grants to GSK, and GSK accepts, an exclusive license under the Theravance Patents and Theravance Know-How to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale and import Alliance Products in the Territory.

  • Third Party Components The Products and Services may contain third party components (including open source software) subject to separate license agreements. For clarity, a “Licensed Product” shall not include other product or material that (a) is used in combination with Licensed Product, and (b) does not constitute an article, composition, apparatus, substance, chemical material, method, process or service whose manufacture, use, or sale is covered or claimed by a Valid Claim within the Patent Rights.
