For Perpetual and Term License Types, unless otherwise expressly stated by us in the Order, first year annual maintenance and support (if offered by us) is required for the Product and starts on the date the Product is delivered.

The description of the License Types in the following Section 2.3 and the other terms of this Agreement define the scope of the license rights SISW is granting to Customer.
Customer may access the Subscription Services in accordance with the License Type(s) listed below for which customer has paid the applicable fees specified in an Order Form.
