Common use of Duration Clause in Contracts

Duration. Any provisions of this Agreement that require or contemplate performance or enforcement after termination shall remain applicable to the other party and its respective successors and assigns notwithstanding termination or expiration, including matters relating to payment, Indemnification, Intellectual Property Rights, Confidential Information, Limitations of Liability and Legal Remedies, Disputes and Termination of the Agreement. Any termination shall not impact the rights under law and remedies of the re-offending party, including court orders and other equitable remedies subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth herein.
