Duration. This Individual Contract shall commence on [insert date], and shall expire upon satisfactory completion of the services described in the Terms of Reference mentioned above, but not later than [insert date], unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of this Contract. This Contract is subject to the General Conditions of Contract for Individual contractors which are available on UNDP website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and are attached hereto as Annex II.

Duration. Any provisions of this Agreement that require or contemplate performance or enforcement after termination shall remain applicable to the other party and its respective successors and assigns notwithstanding termination or expiration, including matters relating to payment, Indemnification, Intellectual Property Rights, Confidential Information, Limitations of Liability and Legal Remedies, Disputes and Termination of the Agreement. Any termination shall not impact the rights under law and remedies of the re-offending party, including court orders and other equitable remedies subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth herein.

Without prejudice to the indicated deadline, the Parties undertake to comply with this Agreement until the conclusion of all joint programs started and not yet concluded on the expiry date.
Duration. 6.1. For the modalities of Bond Insurance in which there is association of the insurance policy to the principal contract, the term of the policy shall be equal to the term provided for the principal contract, subject to the special circumstances laid down in the Special Conditions of each contracted modality.
6.2. For other modalities, the term of the insurance policy will be equal to the duration of time in it, established in accordance with the provisions of the Special Conditions of each contracted modality.
6.3. When changes are made to the previously established duration term under the principal contract or document that was the basis for acceptance of the risk by the insurer, the insurance policy term shall follow such changes, the insurer must issue an endorsement.
6.4. For further modifications made in the principal contract or document forming the basis for the acceptance of risk by the insurer, by virtue of which it is necessary to amend the term of the insurance policy, it may follow such amendments, as long as requested and the related acceptance by the insurer is received by means of the issuance of an endorsement.
Duration. The consultancy is planned to last a maximum of 3 months from the time the contract is signed.
Duration. The Participants intend to commence implementation of this MOU upon signature by both Participants, and to continue implementation until 31 December 2022.
Duration. This Memorandum shall remain valid for a period of one (1) year, counting from its signature in December 24th 2021. On its expiration, it shall be terminated in the conclusion of the Forgotten Holanda’ project. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Memorandum being duly authorized by the respective institutions.
