DELIVERY. 5.1 Unless otherwise agreed, the supplies are intended for merchandise delivered ex works, without packaging. 5.2 With the remittal of materials to the Purchaser or to the carrier, the Supplier is released from liability for the delivery. All risks for the material itself shall pass to the Purchaser, even in the event that the Supplier is responsible for the shipment or installation on site.
