Common use of TECHNICAL SUPPORT Clause in Contracts

TECHNICAL SUPPORT. The CEA shall provide technical support to the Licensee during its normal office hours, Mondays to Fridays (excluding bank holidays and annual weeks of closure). The CEA shall use its best efforts to provide a detailed response within a maximum period of thirty (30) business days depending on its human resources available at the time of the request.
