Storage. 7.1_Subject to conditions (to be specified), the Company may allow the suppliers/subcontractors to use the storage and/or sheds belonging to the Company. Such allowance might be cancelled by the company at any time at its sole discretion. 7.2_The storage referred to in the paragraph above shall be entirely at the risk of the suppliers/subcontractors, which means that the Company shall never be responsible for any damage caused to the Goods stored. In the event of the suppliers/subcontractors storing Goods from third parties, they should indemnify the Company in the event of any claim from such third parties.
