Common use of Product availability Clause in Contracts

Product availability. Our Products are offered within the limits of available stocks, and for those not stocked by us within the limits of their availability from the suppliers with whom ECOLE BILINGUE INTERNATIONALE CÔTE D’AZUR E.B.I.C.A works. Although our databases are regularly updated, some items may be temporarily or permanently unavailable from our suppliers. One or more items may become unavailable after the order has been placed. In the event of unavailability beyond our control, ECOLE BILINGUE INTERNATIONALE CÔTE D’AZUR E.B.I.C.A will inform the Customer thereof as soon as possible either by e-mail or by post. If the product you order is only available with a delay and within 60 days of receipt of the order by our services, we undertake to inform you of the additional delivery time. If the product is unusually long or impossible to restock, we undertake to replace the item ordered with an equivalent item of equal or greater value than the original product. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement item, we will cancel your order and the amount of your purchase paid at the time of ordering will be credited to your account, or refunded as a credit note if you so wish. The unavailability of one or more products cannot engage the responsibility of ECOLE BILINGUE INTERNATIONALE CÔTE D’AZUR E.B.I.C.A.
