Partial Invalidity. If any provision of this Deed shall be prohibited by or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of this Deed. Nothing contained in this Deed shall require you to pay or for us to accept interest in an amount greater than that allowed by applicable law.
