Common use of SUBCONTRACTING Clause in Contracts

SUBCONTRACTING. The Vendor is not entitled to sublicense or subcontract any of its obligations under this Order without the prior written consent of Novartis. In the event that Novartis grants any such approval: a) The Vendor will nonetheless remain fully liable for the performance of its obligations hereunder; and b) The Vendor will be exclusively responsible for all costs associated with any such sublicense or subcontract arrangement.
