You 39kYou or “Your” shall mean the Bidder responding to this Invitation For Bid or the Seller whose Bid the City selected and awarded a contract.

Yield to Maturity 5kYield to Maturity means the yield to maturity, computed at the time of issuance of a Security (or, if applicable, at the most recent redetermination of interest on such Security) and as set forth in such Security in accordance with generally accepted United States bond yield computation principles.

Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency 4kYearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
Year of Service 4kYear of Service means the computation period of twelve (12) consecutive months, herein set forth, during which an Employee has at least 1000 Hours of Service.
Years of Service 3kYears of Service means the total number of full years in which a Participant has been employed by one or more Employers. For purposes of this definition, a year of employment shall be a 365 day period (or 366 day period in the case of a leap year) that, for the first year of employment, commences on the Employee's date of hiring and that, for any subsequent year, commences on an anniversary of that hiring date. Any partial year of employment shall not be counted.
Year 2000 Compliant 3kYear 2000 Compliant means, with respect to the Company's Information Technology, that the Information Technology is designed to be used prior to, during and after the calendar Year 2000, and the Information Technology used during each such time period will accurately receive, provide and process date and time data (including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing and sequencing) from, into and between the 20th and 21st centuries, including the years 1999 and 2000, and leap-year calculations, and will not malfunction, cease to function, or provide invalid or incorrect results as a result of the date or time data, to the extent that other information technology, used in combination with the Information Technology, properly exchanges date and time data with it. The Company has delivered to the Buyers true and correct copies of all analyses, reports, studies and similar written information, whether prepared by the Company or another party, relating to whether the Information Technology is Year 2000 Compliant, if any.
Yield 2kYield means yield as defined in Section 148(h) of the Code and any regulations promulgated thereunder.
Youth 2kYouth ’ means an individual between the ages of 18 and 35.
You/Your 2kYou/Your means the person(s) (natural or corporate) investing money in the Bond in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and includes their successors.
young person 2kyoung person means a person who falls within the definition of qualifying young person in section 142 of the SSCBA.
Yes 2kYes response means the Bidder guarantees they can meet this condition.
Your Content 2kYour Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under this Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content.” Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.
Yen 2kYen and “¥” mean the lawful currency of Japan.
yours 2kyours “Account Holder” and “customer” means the person in whose name an Account is maintained and includes, where the context requires, a Joint Account Holder; and unless the context otherwise requires, the following words when used have the following meanings respectively set out below:
Year 2000 Problem 1kYear 2000 Problem as used herein means any significant risk that computer hardware or software used in the receipt, transmission, processing, manipulation, storage, retrieval, retransmission or other utilization of data or in the operation of mechanical or electrical systems of any kind will not, in the case of dates or time periods occurring after December 31, 1999, function at least as effectively as in the case of dates or time periods occurring prior to January 1, 2000.
Yard 1kYard means the land other than publicly owned land around or appurtenant to the whole or any part of a residential or non-residential property and used or capable of being used in connection with the property.
Your Data 1kYour Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.
