Zipit Software and Services definition

Zipit Software and Services means the portion of the Bushnell Wireless Trail Camera that connects to the services provided by Zipit and includes the ability to register, communicate with, manage the camera(s), transfer images, store the content, and any additional features and functionality that the Parties may, at their discretion, offer from time to time. These include the services provided by and hosted on Zipit, or a third party’s servers, including ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (or other destination as defined by Zipit). The Parties may, at their discretion and from time to time, change, add or remove features and functionality of the Zipit Software and Services without notice. The Parties reserve the right to discontinue one, some, or all of the features of the Zipit Software and Services at any time at their discretion. The Parties may discontinue the provisioning of all software updates and services to the Bushnell Wireless Trail Camera that Zipit has reason to believe have been altered, tampered with or otherwise modified. You may access and use the Zipit Software and Services only with a Bushnell Wireless Trail Camera device that is authorized to connect to the Zipit Services and you agree not to tamper with, alter or otherwise modify your Bushnell Wireless Trail Camera or Zipit Software and Services. By using the Bushnell Wireless Trail Camera and the Website ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (or other Zipit destination as defined by Zipit), you agree to receive all software updates and services that Zipit provides your Bushnell Wireless Trail Camera either directly or indirectly. Each time your Bushnell Wireless Trail Camera accesses the Zipit Software and Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are a user of the Bushnell Wireless Trail Camera and Zipit Software and Services and are bound by these Terms of Use. Examples of Zipit Software and Services in a sentence

  • Content provided to or delivered to your Bushnell Wireless Trail Camera from third party service providers, cell phones, email, or other providers is made available to you through the Zipit Software and Services for the benefit of your usage while subscribing to the services available as part of the Bushnell Wireless Trail Camera.

  • Neither Party assumes any responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any Zipit Software and Services.

  • Neither Party is responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Zipit Software and Services.

  • The Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on or made available through the Zipit Software and Services by anyone else, whether caused by you, a third party, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Zipit Services.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Software Products means the INSOURCE software products made available to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.
