Xxxxxx C Energy means the energy allocated to the Authority pursuant to Section 105(a)(1)(C) of the 1984 Xxxxxx Act, as amended by Section 2(c) of the 2011 Act and purchased by the Authority pursuant to the Electric Service Contract.

  • This Contract does not allocate or sell any Xxxxxx C Energy and nothing contained in this Contract shall require or be deemed to be an allocation or sale of Xxxxxx C Energy by the Authority to the Customer, any of the other Customers or any other person.

  • Any assignment or transfer of this Contract must not violate Section 9.2 of the Electric Service Contract concerning resale of Xxxxxx Capacity and, Xxxxxx Energy and Xxxxxx C Energy.

  • If the Authority offers to sell pursuant to a separate contract Xxxxxx C Energy and if the Customer agrees to purchase any such Xxxxxx C Energy from the Authority, the Authority agrees to, if requested by the Customer, coordinate delivery of such Xxxxxx C Energy to the Customer at the Point of Delivery or any Additional Delivery Location(s) in accordance with the applicable provisions of any Wheeling Agreement(s).

  • Additional Delivery Location means any delivery location where the Customer receives Xxxxxx Capacity and, Xxxxxx Energy or Xxxxxx C Energy transmitted from the Point of Delivery pursuant to a Wheeling Agreement.

  • Xxxxxxx Group means (a) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family and (b) any Related Person of any such member.
