The balance of the Authority’s Revenue Requirements shall be assigned to Demand Related Revenue Requirements and Energy Related Revenue Requirements in the same percentage proportion that Western assigns costs to capacity and energy charges in the Electric Service Contract.
The capacity charges and the energy charges paid by the Authority to Western for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capacity and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Energy under the Electric Service Contract shall be assigned to the Demand Related Revenue Requirements and Energy Related Revenue Requirements, respectively.

If the Customer elects not to use its pro-rata share of Environmental Attributes, then the Authority will use its best efforts to market or create value, to the extent allowed by the Electric Service Contract, for any portion of the Customer’s share of Environmental Attributes that the Customer elects not to use.
Customer shall have the right to use a pro-rata share of any Environmental Attributes associated with the Customer’s Allocation that are available to the Authority pursuant to the Electric Service Contract or otherwise.
Any assignment or transfer of this Contract must not violate Section 9.2 of the Electric Service Contract concerning resale of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capacity, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Energy and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ C Energy.
Ancillary Services means those generation services that are necessary to support the delivery of capacity and scheduled energy from resources to loads including, but not limited to those provided under the Electric Service Contract as those services are described in the Electric Service Contract and associated attachments.
Any assignment or transfer of this Contract must not violate Section 9.2 of the Electric Service Contract concerning resale of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capacity and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Energy.
