Xxxxx Xxxxxx Provided Services means all services to be provided by any Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entity pursuant to this Agreement, including the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Provided Technology Access, Xxxxx Xxxxxx Provided Umbrella Services, Xxxxx Xxxxxx Provided R&D Services, Xxxxx Xxxxxx Provided Facility Services, Xxxxx Xxxxxx Provided Collaboration Services and Additional Xxxxx Xxxxxx Provided Services.
