Xantic Financial Statements definition

Xantic Financial Statements means (i) the audited annual financial statements of Xantic for the year ended December 31, 2004 prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles of the Netherlands, and (ii) the interim unaudited financial statements of Xantic for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2005, also prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles of the Netherlands.
