  • At Landlord’s request, Tenant shall also meet with Landlord and WSSC personnel at the Project to review cooperatively matters relating to water and wastewater usage, including, but not limited to, laboratory processes.

  • DC Water, Fairfax and WSSC may jointly read, test and inspect such meters at reasonable times at the request of any Party.

  • DC Water shall credit WSSC for all Blue Plains related biosolids costs incurred by WSSC less the share allocated to WSSC.

  • Before October 1 of each year, DC Water shall prepare an annual estimate of the Capital Costs and O&M Costs expected to be incurred during the following year and the estimated share of these costs for the District, Fairfax and WSSC.

  • The District, Fairfax, WSSC and Non-Party Users shall be assessed by DC Water for their proportionate share of the cost of operating and maintaining that portion of the CSO LTCP that has been determined to be a MJUF by the Regional Committee based on the proportion of their Actual Flow versus Total Flow through the facility or based on other Usage determinations.

  • Sub- allocations of those Capital Cost allocations for Fairfax, WSSC and the Non-Party Users shall be in proportion to their Allocated Flow Capacity.

  • Except as otherwise provided in the 2012 IMA, all fines, penalties and claims relating to O&M Activities will be allocated based on the Actual Flows of District, Fairfax, WSSC and Non-Party Users.
