Examples of ISSC in a sentence
The Bank is entitled to levy or impose any banking and other fees, charges, expenses or commission payable in respect of the Account(s) or in respect of any other banking facilities or the Banking Services provided to the Customer by the Bank as approved by the ISSC of the Bank or any regulatory authority, and to debit the relevant Account in accordance with the Bank’s normal banking procedures and may provide the Customer with a notice to this effect.
Further, the Accounts and their operation shall be undertaken in compliance with the principles of Shariah and will be subject to the approval of the ISSC.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that these Terms and Condi- tions shall be subject the provisions of the Islamic Shariah as applied and interpreted by the Bank’s ISSC from time to time.
