ISSC definition

ISSC means a valid and current International Ship Security Certificate issued under the ISPS Code;
ISSC means an International Ship Security Certificate issued in respect of a Vessel pursuant to the ISPS Code;
ISSC means a valid international ship security certificate for a Vessel issued under the ISPS Code.

  • The Bank is entitled to levy or impose any banking and other fees, charges, expenses or commission payable in respect of the Account(s) or in respect of any other banking facilities or the Banking Services provided to the Customer by the Bank as approved by the ISSC of the Bank or any regulatory authority, and to debit the relevant Account in accordance with the Bank’s normal banking procedures and may provide the Customer with a notice to this effect.
