Working System definition

Working System means a Bridge Installation Site at which the installation of the Products and Services has been accepted by Bridge pursuant to Section 10.
Working System means system of hardware and software which can close the adaptive loop under control of the engineering interface or under control of the TCS.
Working System means an Installation Site at which the installation of the Products and Services has been installed by CloudWyze for the benefit of Customer.

Related to Working System

  • Operating System refers to the software that manages the Hardware Device. You have the right to use the Operating System delivered with the Hardware Device (and any updates acquired through our technical support services) only as incorporated in, and as part of, the Hardware Device and subject to the terms of the license agreement(s) delivered with or on the Hardware Device. Current versions of the license agreements are located in the documentation for the Hardware Device.

  • Billing System means a system to issue Invoices relating to charges payable by each party under an Access Agreement;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Plumbing system means water supply distribution and disposal piping on the premises, including appliances and equipment attached thereto, between their connection points to a public or private system.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
