Withdrawal Penalty definition

Withdrawal Penalty means the ten percent (10%) penalty deducted from an Account as a result of an Unscheduled Withdrawal or a change in the form of payout within thirteen (13) months prior to Termination of Employment as provided in Article 4 of the Plan.
Withdrawal Penalty means the ten percent (10%) penalty deducted from an Account(s) as a result of an Unscheduled Withdrawal pursuant to Article 6 of the Plan, or a change in the scheduled distribution date within thirteen (13) months prior to Retirement as provided in Article 4.1 of the Plan.
Withdrawal Penalty means the ten percent (10%) penalty deducted from an Account as a result of an Unscheduled Withdrawal, or as a result of a change in the form of distribution within thirteen (13) months prior to Termination of Employment.
