Common use of Wire Transfer Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-11, Class A-17, Class A-PO, Class A-R and Class A-LR) and the Class B Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $500,000. With respect to the Class A-11 Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 10% Percentage Interest. The Class A-17, Class A-PO, Class A-R and Class A-LR Certificates are not eligible for wire transfer, except that the Class A-17 and Class A-PO Certificates shall be eligible for wire transfer so long as the Holder is the Clearing Agency or its nominee.
