Common use of Wire Transfer Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-8, Class A-IO and Residual Certificates) and the Class B Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $100,000. With respect to the Class A-8 and Class A-IO Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 100.00% and 1.00% Percentage Interest, respectively. The Residual Certificate is not eligible for wire transfer.

Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-8A-6, Class A-9, Class A-IO R, Class AP and Residual Class M Certificates) and the Class B Certificates), the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $100,0005,000,000.00. With respect to the Class A-8 and Class A-IO Certificates, the Thr minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date for the Class A-6, Class AP and Class M Certificates is 100.00% and 1.00100% Percentage Interest. With respect to the Class A-9 Certificates, respectivelythe minimum Percentage Interest eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 25% Percentage Interest. The Residual Class A-R Certificate is not eligible for wire transfer.

Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-8A-6, Class A-IO A-15, Class A-24 and Residual Certificates) and the Class B Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $100,000. With respect to the Class A-8 A-6, Class A-15 and Class A-IO A-24 Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 100.0010%, 100% and 1.00100% Percentage Interest, respectively. The Residual Certificate is not eligible for wire transfer.

With respect to the Class A-8 and Class A-IO A-18 Certificates, the minimum Denomination Percentage Interest eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 100.00% and 1.0025% Percentage Interest, respectively. The Residual Certificate is Class A-R and Class A-LR Certificates are not eligible for wire transfer.

With respect to the Class A-8 and Class A-IO A-10 Certificates, the minimum Denomination Percentage Interest eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 100.00% and 1.0025% Percentage Interest, respectively. The Residual Certificate is Class A-R and Class A-LR Certificates are not eligible for wire transfer.
